FCE x SD x SHTM Singing Contest 2019 was one of the large-scale events held by the 3 Faculty Student Association at Hong Kong Polytechnic University. We invited the famous local band ‘Dear Jane’ and singer ‘Janice M. Vidal’ to be the judge of the competition. We sold over 200 tickets.

Ticket Selling & Event Preparation 

  • Assisted in stage decorations and props making

  • Promoted the Singing Contest on SHTMSA (Student Association) Facebook Page

  • Assisted in ticket selling. All tickets were sold out.

Singing Contest Finale Event Assistant

  • Assisted in stage setting and decoration

  • Greeted the judges and brought them to the waiting area

  • Responsible for crowd management
