Qurio Education Parent Seminar Nov 2021

Qurio is a learning centre offering after-school courses in English, Chinese, Mathematics, and more for children aged 3-12 years old.

​

Conceptualized the needs of parents regarding the adaptation of children to a new learning environment, we invited the Founding Principal of Learning Habitat Kindergarten & Bilingual Nursery Hong Kong, Ms. Anita Lee to be the special guest of the seminar, sharing insightful tips to help children with a smooth transition to primary school.

Social Media & Email Marketing 

  • Designed and executed marketing campaigns to promote the Parent Seminar through social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook & Facebook parenting groups) and email marketing

Parent Seminar -Event

Managed the Event Sales with Eventbrite

  • Developed the ticketing web page and managed sales on Eventbrite 

  • All tickets were sold out (150 tickets)

Event Preparation and Execution

  • Responsible for parent seminar agenda, participants list, name tags, registration SOP

  • Responsible for venue set-up and crowd management to cater for a large number of visitors for the event
