SHTMSA is the Student Association of the School of Hotel and Tourism Management (Hong Kong Polytechnic University).
As one of the committee members of the student association, I organized a 3-Day-2-Night Orientation Camp for freshmen at the university.
We aimed the Orientation Camp at welcoming freshmen to university and allowing them to make new friends. 70+ participants signed up for the camp.
Design Creation & Event Preparation

Contributed ideas on the theme of the Orientation Camp 'Mysterious'

Designed various promotional items including display board, tickets, banner, camp book, T-Shirt, etc

Booked campsite and did the on-site investigation for activities planning

Liaised with 10 volunteer helpers for event assistance
Event Execution and managed the organization of Detective Game

The detective game was one of the major activities in the Orientation Camp. Each student group had to find out the murderer and the truth of the whole story plot within the campsite

Created story plot, character profile, script, props and map

Coordinated with other committee members and event assistant for venue set-up and ensuring student's safety
